OSS Coordinator

Our teams connect. We collaborate in office and have a hybrid work arrangement. All candidates must be able to work hybrid and report to our Memphis office.
 

Location: 8125 Sedgwick Way Memphis TN 38125

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide administrative support to the claims department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews scanned documents for key data.Researches and processes electronic mail; modifies documents to correct claim and/or responsible party.Adheres to Best Practices and follows indexing protocol.Maintains service level agreements and meets production goals.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience
One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims experience preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

Oral and written communication skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsAnalytical and interpretive skillsOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is (17.00 - 19.00.
