Job Summary
Within the department, the selected candidate will be responsible for the administrative and contractual management of service providers, which includes:
Drafting and formalizing contracts for the services they provide;
Managing and renewing existing contracts;
Handling formal communications, disputes, and various notifications to the employers of our service providers;
Verifying providers’ compliance with corporate, social security, payroll, and tax obligations;
Managing and providing support in any legal cases involving service providers;
Supporting the management of labor and health & safety matters related to service providers;
Assisting during inspections carried out by government authorities.
The role involves constant and frequent interaction with service providers.
Qualifications:
University degree, preferably in Law;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Fluency in English;
Strong interest in legal matters;
Experience in administrative functions;
Teamwork skills, high level of discretion, attention to detail, and punctuality.
