**Exp:** 5-7 years **Location:** Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad/ Pune **Job summary** We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OFSAA Business Scorecard and Business Analysis & Planning. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to design and implement effective business solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of OFSAA solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the development and maintenance of Business Scorecards to track and improve performance. + Provide detailed business analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions. + Develop and document business requirements and technical specifications for new projects. + Ensure the integration of OFSAA with other business systems and applications. + Conduct regular reviews and updates of business scorecards to ensure accuracy and relevance. + Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. + Support the development of business models and forecasts to guide planning and decision-making. + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments. + Provide training and support to team members on OFSAA and Business Scorecard tools. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and planning. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and systems. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in OFSAA with hands-on experience in implementation and support. + Demonstrate expertise in developing and maintaining Business Scorecards. + Exhibit proficiency in business analysis and strategic planning. + Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Display strong communication and documentation skills. + Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and planning.
