**About this role.**
As an Orthopedic Surgery APP at our Orthopedic Care Clinic, you'll work with a team of 10 highly skilled providers that puts patients first! Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with primary care providers, other specialties, and excellent support staff! The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences.

+ General ortho focus which includes clinic and OR, involvement with our sports program under the sports med medical director.
+ You would practice at our Orthopedic Care Clinic in Butte, Montana.
+ You would be joining a well-respected, established group of Orthopedic Surgery providers.
+ Extended program includes 4 experienced surgical APP's who provide support in the OR, hospital, and ambulatory clinic.
+ The clinic is conveniently located close to Intermountain Health: St. James Hospital providing easy access.
+ EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).
+ Excellent opportunity for mentorship, leadership roles, program expansion, professional growth, and plenty of program support. Great team dynamic!
+ The hospital is a Level III Trauma Center and an accredited Chest Pain Center.

**What you’ll bring.**
+ An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board.
+ Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
+ Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
+ ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
+ Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
+ Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position
+ Experienced in orthopedics is preferred.

We have Life Flight services available 24-7-365 to receive & transport patients as needed. We offer comprehensive, specialty care, including a da Vinci Robotics surgery. St. James is a faith-based, nonprofit provider and part of Intermountain Health, a nonprofit health system with hospitals in Colorado, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$56.76 - $87.59
