Business enablement

Work closely with internal teams (product management, R&D, Operation, Sales etc) throughout the project lifecycle to define project scope, align priorities & mitigate risks to meet business targetMaintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback

Project planning & execution

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, & track progressCoordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, product management, marketing & other supporting functions to ensure seamless E2E project execution

Project governance & excellence

Build up project governance by organizing regular meetings to ensure alignment, address issues / escalations, & drive decision-makingDevelop & standardize project management tools & structures to ensure transparency of project status in an efficient & effective wayEvaluate project performance and drive documentation & data analysisImplement continuous improvement processes to enhance project management quality and efficiency

Change & risk management

Install project change management process including communication, documentation, approval matrix, etc,Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation measures to ensure on time delivery

建立项目管理机制，组织定期会议，以确保信息一致、解答疑问、处理问题升级，并推动决策建立并规范项目管理工具和架构，以有效且高效的方式确保项目进度的透明度评估项目绩效，推动文档记录和数据分析持续改进流程，以提高项目管理质量和效率

变更与风险管理

建立项目变更管理流程，包括沟通、文档记录、审批流等监控项目进展，识别潜在风险，并实施改善措施以确保按时交付

Education（教育背景）

Bachelor degree or above, ideally in business or technical fields such as optics etc.最好拥有管理或技术领域（如光学）的本科及以上学位

Work Experience（工作经验）

5+ years of working experience, ideally in end to end project management (from product concept to GTM)  in the technology sector, contact lens experience a plus5年以上工作经验，最好在端到端项目管理（从产品概念到上市）有深度的参与及较全面的认知,接触镜相关经验优先
