About the Trade Marketing Manager role:

If you're passionate about connecting strategy with execution and making an impact at every touchpoint - this role is for you.

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping channel strategies and bringing category plans to life across both on- and off-trade environments. You’ll ensure shopper and customer initiatives are flawlessly executed - on time, in full, and with impact, including across events and world- class sponsorships like UEFA Champions League and F1.. Furthermore, you’ll lead integrated commercial planning, aligning teams and driving results through smart, cross-functional collaboration.

In this role you will be part of both the sales and marketing leadership teams and will be reporting to the Sales Director.

Turn portfolio priorities into powerful channel strategies Lead cross-functional commercial planning and own the annual activity calendar Drive category excellence and create standout in-store experiences Transform insights into bold, business-driving initiatives Oversee BTL activations, events, and customer journeys Execute and optimize the full POS process aligning with brand and channel strategies ensuring visibility and impact Drive strategic thinking behind event activations and ensure seamless execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams Chair the Commercial Leadership Meeting and steer integrated planning Manage budgets across ATL, BTL, and POS with a sharp eye on ROI

Requirements:

University/college degree Economics, Commercial, Marketing Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial field, having experience in Trade Marketing and at least one additional commercial field Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading teams Shopper understanding – key consumer drivers, research methodology, analytical skills Experience in category management Proven success in driving BTL execution Category/portfolio/brand understanding Development culture builder Good communication and presentation skills Fluency both in English and Hungarian Driving license
