Located in Madison, WI, Frank Productions was established in 1964 and is one of the largest concert promotion companies in the United States. Frank Productions, a joint venture partner with Live Nation, offers full-service concert promotion involved in every facet of live entertainment events, including talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, and special events. We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO, and Charleston, SC.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers, and vendorsIdentify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing the overall guest and artist experienceResponsible for the overall management, communication, and connectivity of venue operations and staffCoordinate day of event activities and matters such as staffing, scheduling, and oversight of artist and VIP activitiesCollaborate with necessary departments to create innovative offerings that drive incremental revenue growth, fan and partner engagement, and profitabilityOversee overhead labor and equipment expenditures, including day to day management of all venue vendors/subcontractors – HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, Security, Trash/Recycling Work closely with key civic governmental departments, venue landlord, as well as interaction with the community in generalLiaise with appropriate investigative and public safety agencies on matters related to operations, planning, and preventionCoordinate and facilitate event set-up with venue operations crews, including chair-fitServe as main point of contact with shared services for venue needs to include: Facilities Maintenance, Concessionaire, Special Events, Sponsorship and moreImplement security procedures and equipment that ensure guest, employee, artist, and venue safety while meeting department objectives and budgetsCoordinate, schedule, and lead front of house and security staffWork with production on advancing and settlement needsExecute operational expenses and show recap in settlementEnsure venue cleaning schedules are followed and venue is presentableCoordinate venue parking needs for tour and vendor accessCoordinate sponsorship activations as neededUpkeep and maintenance of surveillance systemExcellent working knowledge of Health & Safety protocols in an event venueResponsible for upkeep and oversight on show reports and ROME settlements for assigned venueMaintain a working climate that attracts, retains, and motivates quality personnelEnsure the organization’s mission, values, commitments, goals and culture are upheld and practicedOn site for each event prior to load in and until load outAll other duties as assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

This position is an at-will position, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time without notice or cause.
