ORIENTATION TRAINER – BILINGUAL SPANISH***RESUME REQUIRED***PURPOSE AND GENERAL SUMMARY: Pilgrim’s is looking for an Orientation Trainer to lead new hire orientation for hourly team members. They also facilitate communication with team members between English and Spanish in various scenarios, including confidential conversations, verbally or in writing.
