Overview
The Orientation Specialist works directly under GM assisting with New Hire Orientation classes, as well as continuing education. The Orientation Specialist participates in professional development programs and performance improvement activities.
Responsibilities
Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.or 10 AM to 6 PM
+ Educators are required to work on the road during the off weeks
+ Educators are required to go up in service to keep their skills sharp.
+ Educators are required to instruct our monthly annual refresher.
+ E ducators may be required to work outside the normal schedule.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
+ AHA Instructor credentials (BLS)
+ PHTLS instructor certification within 1 year
Required Qualifications:
+ 4 Years of EMS Experience
+ Ohio certified EMT or Paramedic
+ Teaching Experience
+ Ability to demonstrate and lead all aspects of the EMT or Paramedic job
