Organizational Readiness Senior Analyst

All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Shift** : Monday- Friday Fulltime 8:00am-5:00pm **Job Location** : Altamonte Springs **The role you will contribute:** The Sr. Analyst supports organization change projects and initiatives within Organizational Readiness (OR) to execute on assigned activities designed to maximize change enablement and adoption. At the direction of organizational readiness leadership, this position works to develop and deploy readiness activities designed to facilitate the successful adoption of organizational changes using the application of change management methodology, expertise, and experience. These activities include executing on readiness deliverables such as capturing and tracking change impacts, assessing stakeholder impacts and strategizing on mitigations, providing analysis of stakeholder data, and conducting readiness assessments and surveys. The role will be instrumental in creating conditions for a smooth transition to changes with least resistance from the stakeholders, while maximizing enthusiasm to adapt to the change. **The value you will bring to the team:** + Execute various elements of the readiness strategy and change management plans for operational and project-based change initiatives. + Apply change management methodologies and tools in executing change plans for multiple change activities in parallel to ensure successful delivery of multiple change management engagements. + Support the execution of Stakeholder Assessment deliverables including stakeholder identification, mapping, and impact analysis. + Support the development of stakeholder experience strategies based on awareness of the details of the change and the audiences impacted by the change. + Operate within a cross-functional team of readiness resources to formulate plans and activities to support change initiatives and ensure successful implementations + Partner with communication specialists and instructional designers to develop comprehensive communication and training plans designed to support stakeholder readiness and adoption of changes. + Develops creative communications collateral (examples: emails, direct mail, newsletters, brochures, banners, SharePoint content etc.. ) for all levels of the organization, to support the successful adoption of changes within assigned projects. + Supports implementation activities related to facility-specific readiness needs, may include but not limited : change impact analysis, readiness assessments, project communication planning and execution, stakeholder management, organizational design, workforce transition, and training. + Assist in identifying and analyzing change mitigation tactics. + Carries out specific readiness tasks as assigned by Organizational Readiness Managers + Provide recurring status updates to leadership and other project governance committees. + Work with leadership teams to support project escalations and stakeholder relationship management. + Communicates cross functional information effectively within the Organizational Readiness Team and within project team as necessary. + Successfully delivers tangible results. + Role may require up to 25% travel throughout year. **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** + Bachelor's Required + 3 Work Experience Required + Knowledge of change management methodologies and demonstrated application of the discipline. + Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communication resources. + Demonstrated ability to be flexible and tolerant for ambiguity and varying company cultures + Ability to organize, prioritize and managing multiple assignments within tight deadlines. + Ability to work independently and with minimal direction. + Proficient in Microsoft Products + Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. + Capacity to learn quickly and retain information. + Experience in technology adoption for large transformations. + Exposure to project management methodologies and disciplines. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Project Management Institute (PMI) Preferred + Change Management Certification (PROSCI) Preferred + Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Preferred + Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Preferred + SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Preferred + SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
