This role is responsible for supporting both administrative and HR to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the company’s organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Day to Day Responsibilities 日常职责Administrative (40%)
Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Travel Management: Manage the AMEX travel system, including overseeing travel arrangements, reconciling billing statements, and completing PR (Purchase Request) forms. General Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to maintain smooth office operations, including documentation, office supply management, and vendor coordination.Human Resources (60%)
Onboarding Process Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization. New Employee Orientation: Organize and facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and procedures. Talent Development: Participate in the design and implementation of talent development programs, fostering employee growth and career progression C&B: Support basic tasks related to C&B administration, ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance with regulations. EVP Promotion: Actively contribute to initiatives that promote the company’s EVP, enhancing employer branding and employee engagement. Other tasks assigned by supervisor. Education & Experience 教育及工作经历 Bachelor’s degree 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
