ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY… 

This role will join the growing Global Organizational Effectiveness team, which is part of the HR function at Iron Mountain. This team is responsible for providing expertise and support in three areas: Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning and HR Data & Analytics. The impact of the OE team is to partner with our business leaders and HRBPs to: 

Build and sustain a ‘healthy’ organization that is effective - with the right roles to enable key business capabilities and efficient - optimal spans and layers; clarity in accountabilities and minimal duplication

‘Future proof’ our organization by proactively identifying future demand for talent and skills, analyze talent supply (internal and external) for those skills, conduct demand/supply gap analysis, and develop plans to remediate gaps 

Equip business leaders with relevant, accurate and timely HR data so they can make informed people and organization decisions

What You’ll Do...

Organization Design

Lead org design projects in partnership with HRBPs and leaders, including:

Current state assessments

Future state design (operating models, org charts, job descriptions)

Talent and financial tracking

Implementation planning and project management

Drive process improvements to enhance design efficiency and scalability

Maintain and continuously enhance OE tools, templates, and methodologies

Strategic Workforce Planning

Support the development of a global workforce planning discipline

Help maintain and evolve the workforce planning process to align with business needs

HR Data & Analytics

Deliver quarterly workforce KPIs to HRBPs and business leaders

Provide insights and deep-dive analytics on key workforce trends and improvement areas

Incorporate external market benchmarks to inform decision-making

Support ad hoc HR analytics needs with accuracy and relevance

Identify opportunities to automate dashboards and improve reporting processes

What You Bring

Required Experience

Expertise in HR data & analytics

Hands-on experience with organization design

Exposure to strategic workforce planning

Preferred Experience

HR Business Partnering or Talent Management

Management consulting background

Experience in a large, global, and complex organization

Key Skills

Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data

Clear and compelling written and verbal communication

Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders

Project management and organizational skills

High integrity in handling confidential information

Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms

Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Willingness to challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement

Exceptional attention to detail
