Overview As Sprouts continues to grow, we need leaders who can navigate change with clarity and purpose. The Organizational Effectiveness & Change Manager plays a critical role in shaping how we implement, adopt, and sustain transformation across the business. This role advises at both the enterprise and portfolio level, ensuring change strategies align with company priorities while also stepping in to execute initiatives and drive adoption. This leader will partner closely with executives, HR, IT, and business teams to assess organizational impacts, develop change strategies, and equip leaders with the tools they need to succeed. They will also build and lead a Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) to strengthen capabilities and ensure a consistent approach to change. Overview of Responsibilities Enterprise Change Leadership & Execution Guide and advise senior leadership on enterprise-wide change efforts, aligning transformation initiatives with company objectives. Own and drive change execution, developing and implementing plans that support adoption, engagement, and long-term success. Lead the integration of change management strategies into major programs, ensuring seamless alignment with business priorities. Develop risk mitigation strategies, identifying barriers to change and implementing solutions to drive momentum. Coach and equip leaders to navigate and sustain change, providing tools and frameworks for effective leadership through transformation. Organizational Readiness & Workforce Transition Assess business and workforce impacts, working with HR to navigate role transitions and ensure a smooth adoption of new structures or processes. Support organization design efforts in partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align structures with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enable growth. Consult on team structure and role design as part of major transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between organizational strategy, workforce capabilities, and operating models. Drive cultural alignment by identifying behaviors, systems, and processes that need to evolve to support business growth. Lead organizational readiness assessments, using data and insights to proactively address risks and gaps before implementation. Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) Establish and oversee a Change Management CoE, creating tools, templates, and best practices that drive consistency across change initiatives. Develop and facilitate change management training to build capabilities across all levels of the organization. Define and track change success metrics, ensuring change efforts deliver measurable impact and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Integration Act as a liaison between business units, HR, IT, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment and coordination across transformation efforts. Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure change efforts are integrated, scalable, and adaptable across the business. Engage in special projects and enterprise-wide initiatives, bringing a change management lens to high-impact business needs. #LI-AD1 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation leadership, HR or related disciplines. Proven ability to advise senior leaders while also driving execution, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on implementation. Strong business acumen, with experience integrating change into large-scale business and technology transformations. Deep change management expertise, including building change management toolkit based on a proven framework. Experience managing organizational readiness, workforce transitions, and cultural integration during periods of growth and change. Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to simplify complex change efforts into clear, actionable steps. Ability to measure and optimize change effectiveness, using data and insights to refine strategies and improve adoption. Strong collaboration mindset, working effectively across HR, IT, operations, and executive leadership.
