Organizational Development Supervisor
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + General services administration (cleaning, cafeteria, transportation) + Development of Career Plan for employees + Establish and develop organizational development programs for all departments + Culture planning and management within the organization + Monitoring of Culture surveys + Improvement projects based on Culture survey results + Management of internal promotions + Implementation of employee retention strategies + Collaboration with the updating of job profiles based on the evolution of the organizational structure + Contribution to employee retention and retention plans through organizational culture + Creation of improvement projects based on employee competency development + Employee performance evaluation + Monitoring of HR KPIs + Improvement of processes for staff development + Employee motivation strategies **For This Role, You Will Need:** English: Intermediate/Advanced Bachelor’s degree in business administration/organizational psychology or similar Computer Software: Intermediate Office Other: Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Customer Focus Required: Organizational Development, Statistics, Staff Turnover and Absenteeism **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** Continuous Improvement **Requisition ID** : 25021519 Emerson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
