The Position

Organizational Change Manager - ASPIRE

Please note that this is a 2 year fixed-term opportunity!

The Opportunity

As part of the ASPIRE Program, you will lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities in the Product Development ASPIRE Plan ART, which will transform the way supply chain planning (incl. manufacturing scheduling) is conducted at Roche, leveraging OMP, a cloud solution. You will collaborate closely with the ART team, OCM Shared Service (global and Wave level), and stakeholders in Pharma and Diagnostics who are impacted by the changes associated with the new planning process, ways of working, and utilizing the new OMP planning solution effectively. You will drive and orchestrate OCM and training strategies and plans that ensure successful deployment and user adoption. Navigate challenges presented by an unsynchronized early value deployment roadmap, ensuring effective communication, people readiness, and timing.

What you’ll be working on:

Develop and incorporate OCM approaches for the ASPIRE Plan ART, while enabling upcoming OMP deployments and releases. Plan and execute the change communication and engagement plan.

Maintain key ASPIRE Plan ART OCM deliverables, ensuring consistency with the OCM Shared Service guidance (e.g., presentation decks, newsletters, socialisation sessions) and with the Wave OCM strategies.

Actively facilitate stakeholder engagement activities for the ART itself, enabling it to achieve Global Template development milestones.

Ensure the right quality of the ART OCM deliverables so that OMP stakeholders, especially end-users, can easily understand the ASPIRE changes.

Orchestrate and liaise with ASPIRE Plan ART and OCM Wave Teams for deployments, articulating benefits and changes.

Co-create OMP training strategy and approach (in alignment with the Training Capability Lead), understand training needs, and prepare a detailed execution plan (including Train the Trainer).

Engage stakeholders through and drive implementation activities within the OMP / Supply Chain Planning Community of Practice, and facilitate engagement sessions.

Perform OMP change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for OMP deployments (e.g., prioritize business scenarios and define continuous updates for each PI).

Ensure OMP deployment readiness through the engagement of change champion networks and respective readiness assessments.

Create and distribute OMP communication materials (e.g., gSite).

Develop and follow up on the people readiness plan.

UAT & Training:

Align with ASPIRE Training Enablement and coordinate OMP training logistics, as well as support training environments.

Manage training communication and documentation.

Develop sustainment learning curriculum (e.g., Cornerstone).

Maintain sustainment super user model.

Go-live & Hypercare:

Oversee OMP go-live communication and hypercare support (Ensure clarity on content ownership and required reviews)

Continuously evolve baseline OCM/communications plans and materials, including stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies.

Who You Are

7-10 years in OCM for ERP/SAP implementation projects or transformations in support organizations. Proven track record in developing OCM delivery and Supply Chain functions
