Organizational Change Manager
Job Title: Organizational Change Manager

Job Description

Currently, efforts are underway to modernize our tools and services by replacing its case management and trust administration system with a new Microsoft Dynamics solution. This system will utilize CRM and Financial & Operations modules to handle a high volume of client cases and financial processes. The project aims to align the new system with revised operational processes, thereby enhancing business services, creating efficiencies, and meeting staff and client needs. Quality change management and training will be provided to approximately 150 staff members to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement change management strategies and training programs to support the adoption of the new system.Lead stakeholder engagement and communication, building strong relationships with stakeholders to align on change plans and address concerns.Design and implement comprehensive training plans, schedules, and strategies for diverse learning styles and technical proficiency.Conduct change impact analysis, monitor, and report on progress, addressing challenges promptly.Work with project teams to implement post-implementation support, ensuring training and support materials are updated.Essential Skills5 years of demonstrated experience leading training activities and working as a Trainer for complex technology/software applications1 year of demonstrated experience working as an Organizational Change Manager on at least 1 complex technology/software application project5 years of experience delivering training sessions in-person and online via web-based interactive technology (e.g., Zoom, Teams)5 years of experience developing change management deliverables (e.g., Change Strategy and Plans, Readiness Assessment, Resistance Management Plan, Change Impact Analysis, Impact Assessments, etc)5 years of experience developing effective communication materials for stakeholders5 years of experience developing training deliverables (e.g., training strategy, plans, training program, training needs analysis, etc)5 years of experience developing user-friendly training materials for in-person, virtual and self-paced trainingChange Management certification or accreditation (e.g., Prosci, or similar) from a recognized issuing body and 5 years related experienceExperience facilitating change management or training in any one of the following: Customer relationship management (CRM), Case management, ERP, Banking, accounting, financial based systems or related systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Finance, Etc.) for at least 1 projectAdditional Skills & Qualifications1 year of demonstrated experience working as an Organizational Change Manager on at least 1 project in a large organization or public service environment, impacting 100+ staff1 year of demonstrated experience working as Trainer on at least 1 project in a large organization or public service environment, impacting 100+ staff5 years of experience defining and measuring project change success metrics and progress5 years of experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization (e.g., Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Brand Managers, End Users)5 years of experience developing effective communication deliverables (e.g., communication plans, schedules and strategies, etc...)5 years of experience developing learning outcomes and assessing student understanding and success5 years of experience fostering effective working relationships with leadership and stakeholders5 years of experience in change risk management5 years of experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels1 year of experience using MS Office 2016 products or higher versions1 year of experience working in or for the public sectorExperience using SharePoint 2016 or higher1 year of experience working as an Organizational Change Manager impacting 100+ staff in a large organization or public service environment.5 years of experience defining and measuring project change success metrics and progress.1 year of experience using MS Office 2016 products or higher versions.Experience using SharePoint 2016 or higher.Work Environment

You can primarily work remotely but must be available for onsite meetings when required. Onsite meetings may include strategic, planning, consultative, and training discussions. The project team is based in Edmonton, with staff requiring training in both Edmonton and Calgary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $88.00/hr.
