Role Definition:
The Organization and Talent Manager leads global talent management process, program, practice, and system deployment efforts that aim to measure, develop, manage and retain the organization's talent pool.

The primary location for this position is Irving, TX.This position is an onsite role requiring the candidate to be in the office Monday to Friday.Travel up to 10%-15%.Relocation will be provided for this role.Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Summary Pay Range:
$156,000.00 - $234,000.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
