We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Organizational Effectiveness Lead to join our dynamic Leadership Development team. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, driving capability building, and embedding scalable development strategies across the MarketPoint organization. The ideal candidate brings strong learning design and facilitation expertise, a deep understanding of AI and learning systems, and a passion for creating innovative, high-impact solutions that enhance associate experience and performance.

This individual will serve as a trusted partner to HR, senior leadership, and business stakeholders, aligning development initiatives with strategic goals and Green Glove behaviors. A strong candidate is equally comfortable designing enterprise learning strategy, building practical toolkits, and facilitating engaging workshops or sessions that elevate leadership capability. Experience supporting career pathing, working with top talent, customizing content and coaching frameworks—particularly in sales environments—is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, tech-savvy, and willing to travel up to 40% of the time to support leadership training across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:Learning Design & Facilitation: Create and deliver high-quality learning solutions using adult learning principles, blended methodologies (virtual, in-person, self-paced), and experiential techniques.AI & Learning Technology Integration: Leverage AI-enabled platforms, content curation tools, and learning systems to scale development, personalize learning pathways, and track impact.Program Innovation: Develop and evolve learning toolkits, development journeys, and training experiences that support the Green Glove associate experience, leadership growth, and business performance.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and SMEs to co-create learning experiences that address real-world challenges and promote strategic alignment.Organizational Development Consulting: Act as a thought partner and internal consultant to leaders, identifying performance gaps and recommending learning interventions to support transformation and growth.Measurement & Evaluation: Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences through associate feedback, performance outcomes, and business KPIs.Resource Development: Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide toolkits, onboarding assets, coaching resources, and leader development materials aligned to Humana’s values and enterprise goals.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in learning design, facilitation, and development program creation.2+ years people management experienceProven expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and blended learning approaches.Experience with learning technologies (LMS platforms, content libraries, analytics tools).Demonstrated understanding of emerging technologies and AI applications in learning (adaptive platforms, digital coaches, etc.).Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences across all levels.Strong project management capabilities and experience managing multiple learning projects simultaneously.Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.Familiarity with leadership competencies, associate engagement strategies, and change management principlesPeople leadership experience, preferably within sales organizations or other performance-driven environments.Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to support enterprise leadership development.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field preferred.Certifications in learning, coaching, or leadership assessments (e.g., MBTI, DiSC, CliftonStrengths) are a plus.Experience leading Learning and Design professionalsExperience in career pathing strategy, leadership pipeline planning, or top talent acceleration is a plus.Familiarity with coaching frameworks and tools (e.g., GROW, CLEAR, DiSC, CliftonStrengths) and ability to customize learning content based on team needs.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$104,000 - $143,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
