The Organization Effectiveness Lead will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance the productivity, effectiveness, and scalability of our field and tele sales organizations. This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing enablement programs, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring our teams are aligned and equipped for success. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in promoting the company’s mission and ensuring our team delivers exceptional service to our partners and patients.
Responsibilities:
Partner with quality and learning teams to develop onboarding and continuous training programs for sales team and managers.Develop and maintain sales playbooks and talk tracks.Drive adoption of tools and processes to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.Analyze and optimize sales workflows, from lead generation to closed-won.Lead and drive strategic sales enablement initiatives focused on Original Medicare, veterans’ outreach, and innovation pilots, ensuring alignment and optimizing field effectivenessIdentify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations.Implement scalable best practices across the sales cycle.Act as a trusted partner for sales leadership, product, marketing, and operations teams.Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team.Deliver quarterly business reviews on enablement outcomes and process metrics.Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketig, operations or organizational leadership.5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or process improvement.Demonstrated strategic acumen with a proven ability to design and execute initiatives that drive national sales performance metrics and align organizational goals.Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Tableau, BI, etc.)Experience leading change management and cross-functional initiatives.Strong understanding of the senior healthcare industry, particularly Medicare Advantage and value-based care.Must be a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset.Possess exceptional communication and facilitation skills.Comfortable influencing at all levels of the organization.Adaptable and a proactive problem solver.This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and, therefore, requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits.This position may require travel up to 50%.Preferred Qualifications:
