**Position Description:**
We are seeking a detail-orientated professional to join our team as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to join our CGI team!
This role will provide support in analyzing organizational structures, building workforce plans, and enabling change adoption across key initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in organizational effectiveness and change management.
While this position must be located within a commutable distance to a CGI office (3+ days/week) is acceptable at this time, a hybrid working model is acceptable. The preferred locations are Sacramento, CA or Reno, NV respectively.

**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
**How you'll make an impact**
Organizational & Workforce Analysis
• Conduct current/future-state org assessments, role inventories, and skills/competency gap analyses
• Build workforce plans (e.g., staffing models, role mapping, RACI matrices, spans & layers analysis)
• Assess classification/position impacts and recommend design options with pros/cons
• Support benchmarking against industry standards and best practices
Change Impact & Readiness
• Assist with change impact analyses by role, unit, and process; consolidate findings into actionable insights
• Plan and support readiness surveys, focus groups, and interviews, track adoption and resistance indicators
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
• Support stakeholder mapping and engagement plans
• Help coordinate change champion networks and leadership alignment activities
• Draft targeted communications (executive summaries, FAQs, talking points) and support delivery logistics
OCM Planning & Governance
• Contribute to Organizational Change Management strategies and planning documents
• Facilitate and document workshops, working sessions, and governance forums
• Track risks, decisions, and action items for leadership visibility
Measurement & Reporting
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs on readiness, sentiment, and training metrics
• Prepare concise status updates and support executive reporting needs
• Synthesize lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
**What you'll bring**
• 2+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management on large business/technology transformations (public sector preferred)
• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness methods
• Foundational knowledge of organization design and workforce planning principles
• Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and metrics
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivoting, lookups), PowerPoint, and Visio or equivalent; experience with Power BI/analytics a plus
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to create clear, concise materials
• Ability to work on-site with clients in the Sacramento region as needed and operate independently within a collaborative team
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business/HR, Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills:
• Experience with ERP implementations (Finance, Procurement, HRM/Payroll, Performance Budgeting)
• Prosci or ACMP certification in Change Management
• Experience with ERP or large-scale IT implementations
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $137,100.00.
