Org Manager, People Lead

Job Description

How you will contribute

You will:

Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the commercial/supply chain impact of people decisions in order to fulfill business objectives, providing an outside-in lens (plant roadmap, people plan, factory of the future)

Owning Org pillar work processes and converting strategy and master plan (P) into actions through detailed action plans (D), having a mechanism to periodically check the progress as well as the Health Check of the Work Process (C) and finally identifying gaps and having plans in place for course correction (A)

Own and Drive engagement on the plant culture agenda; coach leaders on the key cultural elements and organizational values – being the custodian of high performance work systems, and ensure an effective plant learning management

Drive cultural transformation across all levels of the organization through a robust strategy and by developing and executing a Culture Roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders incorporating focus on reducing top Culture related losses

Build and Drive Career confidence through institutionalizing Mondelez Career Principles. Lead career pathing, strategic talent review, Development and Career conversations cadence for the unit

Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market

Build capability across the plant on key cultural drivers relating to Engagement

Lead people process’/impact of any plant transformation with effective change management

Drive HR projects working with cross-functional teams impacting Culture and Engagement

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

Broad generalist HR experience across a range of populations and range of seniority

Strong experience of working with core employees, Union partners and Senior Leaders to deliver change

Proven track record as a trusted, credible business partner with ability to engage, inspire, and influence people

Experience in Cultural Transformation and developing a High Performance Culture

HR leader with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance

Interpersonal savvy, planning, and dealing with ambiguity

Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

Masters in HR or related fields preferred

10 or more years of relevant human resources experience

Experience with Org Design, Org Effectiveness and Cultural Transformation

Experience with Change Management and building Leadership Capability on Change Management

Experience with designing and implementing Leadership Development Programs

Experience in a CPG / Manufacturing environment is highly preferred

Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels from core team up to senior leaders effectively

The position requires strong influencing skills as much of their success will be through others

A “boots” on the ground approach with engagement with Core (hourly) and Support (salaried) colleagues

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
