Not only do we deliver breakthrough medications, but you also can count on us to develop creative solutions to support communities through philanthropy and volunteerism. **Location:** Plainfield Distribution Center- Plainfield, Indiana, reports to the Supervisor of Distribution Operations. **Summary:** Perform order processing functions such as waving, picking, packing and shipping pharmaceutical orders to sales reps, wholesalers, retailers and international affiliates/customers. **Key Objectives/Deliverables:** 1. Responsible for safety within area of responsibility, including assisting with incident investigations, implementation of safety initiatives and action items and safety compliance with local procedures. Support and engage in safety culture and safety of others. Responsible for reporting any potential injury immediately to a supervisor 2. Responsible for complying with FDA and OSHA requirements. 3. Understand and follow laws, regulations, RedBook, SOPs, NALO Operational Guidelines and Operational Qualifications related to role. 4. Responsible for ensuring that all training identified in his/her individual training on (ITP), SOPs, and OJTs is current and complete. 5. Responsible for site waving and planning activities. Transfers orders to the floor in a steady flow or as required by the business (Steers the ship for operations) 6. Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and communicating work to be executed in the correct order as defined by order schedule. Make key operational decisions to ensure the site stays on time by controlling order fulfillment from day to day. Escalates order fulfillment challenges as needed among all necessary groups. 7. Responsible for damage/Destruction/Inventory Adjustments process 8. Executing plant to plant moves between domestic and export 9. Execute Return to stock – serial number movement ensuring to maintain DSCSA compliance 10. Execute Reverse PGI/PGR when applicable 11. Assist in WMS and automation testing when applicable 12. Troubleshoot operational technical issues regarding serialization or any nonstandard situations 13. Control order flow for all aspects of the warehouse – 14. Serve as an SAP, Exacta, EWM, Worldlink, and SYNC Q technical expert 15. Lead team meetings for operational touchpoints 16. Pick and pack customer orders. This includes interaction with warehouse management system via a handheld RF device. Material is picked by using RF device to scan product license plate. Validated parking requirements must be followed precisely. When pick/pack function is complete, order is weight checked to verify accuracy. Orders are consolidated by license plate to ship units. Packing list and ship label are printed and included with shipment. 17. Understand and follow requirements as pertaining to Hazardous Communication, Hazardous Transportation and Hazardous Waste, as required by assigned training. 18. Responsible for ensuring data integrity and good documentation practices while performing job tasks. 19. Work overtime daily as needed until work is complete and released by supervisors. 20. Speak live with a supervisor or manager when late or calling in for any reason one hour prior to scheduled shift start. 21. Process, System, or Equipment owner (responsible for Waving SOPs, CI initiatives, and equipment) – make improvement to existing processes **Basic Qualifications:** 1. Must have a high school degree or equivalent. 2. Demonstrated accuracy and attention to details. 3. Must be flexible and willing to be cross trained across multiple departments 4. Must be reliable and have a good work attendance history. 5. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) 6. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment. 7. Demonstrated a high performance in previous assignments 8. Self-starter requiring minimal supervision 9. Demonstrated decision maker regarding operational strategy 10. Must be willing to work a portion of the workday in a chilled environment (36-46F). 11. Standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs) and bending are required. 12. Experience operating pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks would be a plus. 13. The anticipated wage for this position is $17.30 - $39.06 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
