Ready to get started? **Main responsibilities:** + Oversees the country retained operations for Order to Serve services within Latam MCO. + Accountability of the Order to Serve operations to deliver best-in-class front line services within his/her perimeter, in full coordination and collaboration with Supply Chain (SC) and Business Operations O2C doing the link when necessary, between local and hub service managers. + Customer satisfaction and cash performance. + Claims & Disputes management. + Order management. _About you_ + **Experience** : Over 5 years of experience in related roles. + **Soft and technical skills** : Autonomy, effective communication and leadership skills.
