JOIN US! We’re currently looking for an experienced Order To Invoice Product Lead, holding:
Master’s (or Bachelor's degree) or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are an advantageMinimum 5 years’ experience in O2C environment with the focus on Order Management and Invoicing (incl. claims and returns) area, preferably with SAP (ERP) R3/S4Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and documentationStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, with “questioning status quo” attitude. Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting data and designing process improvements (Excel, Microsoft Visio, Signavio)Organizational agility and prioritizationExperience in agile ways of working and the mechanism of agile project executionAbility to transform data into engaging narrativesExperience in process mining tools will be an asset (preferably Signavio)Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
RESPONSIBILITIES in the role:
As an OTC Product lead you will assess, document and support the standardization of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, including detailed analysis, process mapping and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth to the standardized E2E global process. Support implementation of new processes in the pilot markets. Facilitate continuous improvement. You will be also involved in design the process templates for S4 transformation in O2C.
You will:
Analyze and map current O2C processes, identify and address inefficiencies and areas for improvement in close collaboration with IT team and service teamsCollect and analyze data related to O2I processes to identify trends and opportunities for automation and innovationEvaluation of ad-hoc change requests from the market and determine the necessity and prioritization of the requested changePerform data analysis-to-insight. Break down problems, carry out deep-dives and generate findings which are translated into actionable output and business valueCo-create and develop a standardized E2E O2C global template with respect to Order Management, Invoicing, Claims & Returns processes Perform a gap analysis between current processes and proposed standardized processes to identify areas of changeDocument and map out all variations in the O2C process at a market level to identify commonalities and differencesProvide support from a functional business process perspective during the design, implementation and roll-out of a technology solution
