Apply now for Order to Cash Contract Administrator position and play a key role in conducting financial analysis for ASEAN OTC and leading Zone level special projects.
Your Role:You are responsible for creation of Contract & Spare Part Ad hoc Billing & Monitoring of Billing Process to ensure that Invoices are raised in a timely & accurate manner upon job completion to manage unbilled costs. You are responsible for booking of New Contracts, Contract Renewals & Ext Warranty Contracts in SAP. You are responsible for monitoring of monthly cost development in running Contracts, to actively drive the achievement of CS Profitability targets and provide feedback to CS Business Support to better shape our commercial offers in line with actual cost development.You are responsible for liaising with customers and other internal stakeholders to resolve contract or payment related disputes in a timely manner to enable timely cash collection.You are responsible for review of Commercial Terms & Conditions in Contract offerings & Ad hoc Spare Part & Service offers to be sent out to Customers. You are responsible to maintain clean books and records in accordance IFRS and Local Accounting Guidelines.You are responsible for liaising with Auditors during Statutory Audits. You are responsible to identify continuous opportunities to digitalize processes.You are responsible for invivo Customer Service in Philippines.Your Expertise:You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Finance Operational role with exposure to internal Management and Customers in negotiation settings.You are confident in supporting change management activities and continuous improvement projects.You have experience in the field of maintenance services within the Healthcare industry, particularly Medical Technology or Digital Health Solutions preferable but not essential.You have working knowledge in SAP environment (FI/CO/SD/PS Modules) or any other tool.You have a degree and consistent outstanding academic record, min bachelor's degree. ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or similarly qualified (preferable but not essential)You have working technical accounting (IFRS) knowledge to interpret and apply guidance in the context of the business scenarios.You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex situations quickly and explain to others.You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. You can communicate professionally in a variety of scenarios to stakeholders.You can explain financial concepts to non-financial managers.You can plan/ work independently.You have the knowledge of Contract T&C to aid in the review of proposals and agreements to identify risks and propose alternative.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/en-ph
