Order Support Representative with Italian and English

Ecolab is looking for an Order Management Representative with Italian and English language

The aim of the position is to deliver frontline customer service to our internal and external customers by managing orders and associated follow-up.

What you'll do:

Placing orders accurately, completely and within agreed deadlines into SAP and by proactively following up on missing pieces of information and exceptions.Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders and customers by providing a professional service.Displaying the ability to professionally manage customers and their expectations with the intent to build mutually beneficial and effective relationshipsDelivering first time resolutions to customer queries and problemsDesignated as the single point of contact to provide high level customer service in the local languageWorking collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team targets

What you'll need:

High school diploma or equivalent;Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 – verbally and written);German knowledge is considered an advantage;Good MS Office skills;Strong customer orientation;Effective business writing in a professional and friendly approach;Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities;Embrace repetition of core job duties in a fast-paced environment;Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is considered an advantage;Experience using Customer Service software or/and SAP is considered an advantage;No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
