The Customer-Facing Order Specialist plays a vital role in supporting post-sale customer activity by managing add-on orders and ensuring accuracy and alignment with existing contracted services. This role directly engages with customers to clarify needs, validate entitlements, and facilitate smooth and accurate order processing. This is a high-touch, detail-oriented role requiring strong communication, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
2–4 years in a customer-facing, sales support, order management, or SDR-type role.Strong understanding of SaaS or subscription-based services and contracts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal.Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.Comfortable reading and interpreting service agreements and product documentation.Proficiency in CRM and order management tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ platforms).Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a customer-first mindset.Preferred
