**Job Title: Order Puller** **Job Description** Join our team, where you will work with customer orders to prepare and package parts according to specific requirements. You will manage SAP shipments and organize parts from assembly into designated warehouse aisles. This role requires lifting between 20-50 pounds and standing for 10-12 hours per day. There is potential forklift training available. **Responsibilities** + Assist with general shipping duties including removal of tape, preparation, and weighing/packing of various products. + Prepare SAP shipments and support activities in the paint/prep area. + Unload incoming parts and ensure proper placement within inventory. + Pull parts from inventory in preparation for gearbox and/or motor assembly. + Perform various shop-floater duties related to production expansion or production tasks. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of industrial experience in areas such as warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, or operating. + Strong computer skills, including basic internet navigation and proficiency with smart devices. + Experience with picking, RF scanners, and similar tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in prepping items for shipment. + Experience working within a shipping department. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a dynamic environment with significant growth opportunities, including wage increases every six months for the first two years.
