The Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for providing the sales team with administrative support and enhances the efficiency of the sales process between the organization and its customers and for interacting with internal and external customers. The holder of this position supports the internal sales team by providing reports, processing orders as well as by communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure the correct processing of client orders and on time delivery.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Products handled： Mainly Lab Products (balances, pipettes, lab filters, bioanalytical products, etc)Accurately process customers’ orders into SAP, ensuring that all proper discounts, special pricing, terms of payments and shipping details are properly applied to ordersCreate order confirmations, delivery slips and invoices in SAPInform customers by email, fax or telephone for order information, such as for delivery schedules and any updatesHandle customer inquiries regarding shipping and delivery scheduleHandle customer complaints regarding issues with ordersMaintain customer master data, price conditions and delivery replenishment time in SAPCommunicate with warehouse staffs for stock verification and outbound deliveriesCharter truck arrangement based on the customer requestsHandle return shipments from customersUnderstand the shipping and product information written in English

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

Minimum

University degree3-5 years’ working experience in order processing dept., service & detail orientatedVery good SAP knowledge and skills for SD (Sales and Distribution) moduleNative-level Japanese (spoken and written)Intermediate-level English (spoken and written)Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skilful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressureExcellent customer service skills and team player
