Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Processing of product and spare parts orders + Providing ‘customer care’ when customers expedite order + Liaise with factory logistic personnel to ensure effective delivery date. + Creating and updating customer delivery information and requirements + Inputting and maintaining all customer and product records + Reviewing and actioning order flows, in line with existing stock levels + Ensuring compliance with agreed customer service levels + Claims process work: Opening the notification and co-operating with factory. + Invoicing: Creating invoices and payment plans and monitoring overdue invoices to ensure timely invoicing and receivables. + SAP training: Training of new global SAP user in sales and support internal customers. + Following orders and providing information to stakeholders. + Handling bank guarantees + Coordination with Factories and documentation + Handling letter of credits + Delivery time monitoring and reporting, editing of electronic reporting, correspondence with customers, change management. + Independent handling of tasks on time and correctly. + Checking availability and lead time of products. + Creating/maintaining SAP customer register + Take responsibility for all matters relating to Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental issues, systems and procedures and ensure compliance and conformance with corporate directives and local legislation **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related field + Experience:>5 years experience + Accuracy and attention to detail + Good communication skills + Self-motivating and proactive + Good telephone manner + Team player + Basic PC skills - Excel & Word + Data input to main frame computer knowledge - SAP **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
