The Order Process Management Specialist (W/M) role is designed to provide vital administrative support to the sales team, enhancing the efficiency of the sales process and facilitating seamless interactions between the organization and its customers.
This position is pivotal in ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders and timely delivery, achieved through effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
+ Order Processing: Handle customer orders, delivery slips, and invoices using SAP, ensuring all contract terms and related documents are accurate.
+ Delivery Coordination: Verify delivery dates with internal departments and headquarters to ensure timely fulfilment.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with sales and financial teams to manage purchase orders and track customer orders.
+ Logistics Coordination: Liaise with customers, sales representatives, and other departments to address logistics service requests, such as shipment corrections and order unblocking, while maintaining system records.
+ Reporting: Generate and distribute customer reports to provide insights and updates.
+ Payment Assistance: Facilitate customer payment arrangements in collaboration with the finance department.
+ Data Management: Create and replicate material master data, including item numbers, and manage purchase orders for intercompany and third-party suppliers.
+ Claims: Create claims in SFDC for Customer Care department and assist with the credit notes
+ Escalation: Process the escalation in share point and follow them up.
+ Case Management: Utilize SFDC case management for efficient handling of customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
+ Education: Business administration or a related field
+ Experience: 5 years of experience in an order processing department
+ Skills: Strong reporting skills, a solid understanding of the product and service portfolio, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities
+ Software Proficiency: Proven skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, and SFDC
+ Language: Fluent in English
