Our client, a leader in the Material Handling industry, is seeking a Case Picker to join their team. As a Case Picker, you will be part of a dynamic warehouse environment supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Case Picker

Location: Four Oaks, NC

Pay Range: $17.50

Shift: 2nd Shift (Mon - Fri 2:30pm - 10:30pm)

What's the Job?

Picking Products: Locate and retrieve specific items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or electronic requests. Case Packing: Pack individual items or cases into designated containers for shipment. Inventory Management: Update warehouse inventory systems as items are picked and shipped. Shipping Preparation: Prepare completed orders for shipping by applying labels, securing containers, and moving them to the loading dock. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

What's Needed?

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy items, and walk throughout the warehouse. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in picking and packing orders is crucial to avoid errors. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Computer Literacy: Familiarity with scanning equipment and inventory management systems. Experience in Warehouse Operations: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
