Emerson is seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and drive to join our team as an Order Manager I. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring flawless order management and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for accurately entering and reviewing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams and external customers, and providing world-class customer service. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
1. Order Entry• Enter orders into Oracle, following audit guidelines/PO Clean Up Matrix.• Verify CRD if necessary.• Coordinate expedite orders with planning team and customer.• Complete order entry within Service Level.
2. Order Clean Up• Communicate identified issues with customers and collaborate to resolve them.• Track active tasks on assigned orders.• Collaborate with Outside Sales Team for traction or cancellation approval.
3. Order Management• Track expedite orders to ensure customer request dates are met.• Resolve order disputes within service level.• Provide tracking for shipments and process sales credit adjustments.• Process change orders, cancellation orders, and portal invoicing.
4. Customer Service• Evaluate customer needs over the phone and assist where possible.• Transfer customers to the appropriate person or department.• Respond to emails and order inquiries.• Proactively communicate delays to Sales and customers.• Internal Processes• Communicate with planning, ETO release, and drawings using tasks.• Complete Emerson Learn Content.• Review order lists.• Update accounts for email invoicing and support tax exempt customers.
5. Teamwork• Build relationships with outside and inside reps.• Communicate regularly with the team and provide coverage when needed.
6. Trade Compliance• Review orders for export indications and coordinate with trade compliance team.• Verify "Checkpoint Intermediary" status and obtain Export TSF.• Perform DDQ Screening and follow export regulations.• Continuous Improvement• Maintain current process knowledge and participate in trainings.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Student of Business Administration, or related fields.
+ 1 to 2 years of customer service or data entry experience.
+ English proficiency (Written & Oral) at a B2 level.
+ Strong prioritizing and organizational skillsAbility to work well in a close team setting.
+ Ability to work well in a close team setting.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Experience in selling or supporting a technical product preferred.
