Order Management Specialist
ORDER FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST Work Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) Experience: 3 to 7 Years Shifts: Night Shift (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM) + Successful Candidates within the Supply Chain Organization will possess characteristics that show: + The ability to grasp complex sales transactions and understand how to implement them in the SAP ERP system satisfying: + Customer requirements + Reporting requirements + Business requirements + The capacity to develop and retain knowledge of manufacturer requirements in order processing to insure timely and successful transactions both downstream and upstream (AR, procurement, RMA, Vendor Management, Negotiation etc) + Exhibit an understanding of policies and processes and yet exercise judgement and flexibility in their implementation to allow for reasonable advancement of business activity without ridged and inflexible approach. Policies and processes are defined to set limits and provide direction rather than rigid and inflexible rules + Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all transactions + Communicate key Customer purchase terms and conditions + Reconcile sales order submissions and produce valid system orders + Maintain database integrity in all transactions + Possess passion for numbers and financial data, extensive product knowledge and systems knowledge to ensure all reporting requirements can be met + Strong SAP Sales Distribution domain in Order management + Good functional skill set in Sales, procurement from Product based organization is a plus + Need to have experience in creation / amendment of sales orders reiteration of components in the order and exception management of such orders upon request from customers. + Candidate should have experience in SAP + Proficient in working with spreadsheets + Co-coordinating with internal customer on timely basis and meeting their additional requirements. + Internal coordination with Purchases Department & Warehouse teams for smooth execution of orders. + An understanding and be responsible to ensure accurate intake, approval and processing of RMA orders + Assist in the process improvement of activities related to this position to include ideas on implementation of SLA and fixing TAT for each task to be completed accordingly. + Act as backup for other positions as needed and assigned by management Other Non-essential Functions (Key Result Areas) + Other duties as assigned by the Manager Standards for Measuring Success + Profit & Loss statement + Cost Control + Key management attributes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as agreed Tools & Resources Required + PC + Telephone + Any other equipment as required Environmental Attributes + High Speed + Fast Growth + Highly charged + Dynamic – frequent changes + Ability to adapt to varied priorities and deadlines + Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Strong understanding of billing process and accounting principles.
