**Your role at Clorox:**
Sumaremos a nuestro equipo de Customer Service un Order Management Specialist, responsable de administrar, controlar y asegurar meticulosamente el surtido de las órdenes de compra enviadas por los clientes, garantizando nuestro compromiso con la excelencia en el servicio. Este proceso crítico abarca desde la recepción inicial de una orden del cliente o de ventas hasta la entrega final y recepción de la mercancía en las instalaciones de los clientes. El éxito en este rol depende de mantener una comunicación y colaboración estrecha con los equipos de ventas, tráfico, planificación y los propios clientes, todo ello para asegurar operaciones altamente eficientes y una gestión de costos óptima.
**In this role, you will:**
Como principales funciones tendrás:
+ Garantizar el cumplimiento puntual y preciso de las órdenes de compra de los clientes, validando entradas en SAP, gestionando la vigencia de los pedidos y las reservas de inventario, y coordinando meticulosamente con Planificación para asegurar la disponibilidad de inventario
+ Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de planificación para asegurar la disponibilidad de inventario, lo que incluye la revisión diaria del informe de SKU´s y la coordinación de la asignación de productos para evitar cancelaciones
+ Gestionar el cumplimiento de las entregas, incluyendo la negociación con clientes, la colaboración con el equipo de ventas para asegurar la recepción puntual y en la cantidad correcta de la mercancía, y la autorización de estadías y/o devoluciones.
+ Gestionar el reingreso de mercancía rechazada al almacén, lo que implica recibir avisos de problemas por parte de los transportistas y autorizar retornos de material dañado para su entrega a evidencias o al transportista
+ Controlar y hacer seguimiento a los KPI´s para garantizar el nivel de servicio al cliente en términos de envíos completos, a tiempo y con documentación correcta (OTD, CFR, OFR)
+ Supervisar y optimizar los procesos para garantizar la ejecución óptima del 3PL.

**What we look for:**
Buscamos un profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines, o bien con experiencia laboral equivalente, con al menos un año en servicio al cliente, gestión de pedidos, logística o administración de ventas, preferentemente en empresas de consumo masivo.
Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:
+ Liderazgo en la implementación de soluciones logísticas y gestión de proyectos.
+ Marcada orientación al servicio al cliente
+ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
+ Manejo avanzado de Excel y Power BI
+ Conocimientos de SAP
+ Inglés intermedio.
