The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders, complaints, credits notes, invoice management and dispute resolution. Delivers an enhanced customer experience through excellent customer communication, effective resolution of customer issues and a culture of continuous improvement. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager, Italy & EMEA Distributors and is part of the EMEA Customer Service team and this will be an on-site role in Barcelona
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Process customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures demonstrating excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review, input data and monitor EDI and digital order processing. Assist with EDI and digital platforms issues
Track orders to delivery, problem solve delivery issues and strive for continuous improvement of OTD (On Time Delivery) metric
Ensure timely and accurate invoice management & dispute resolution including credit note processing working in close collaboration with Accounts Receivable
Handle customer calls ensuring high level of service to customers
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, CRM systems such as SFDC & experience of EDI preferred
Fluency in English, Italian and a third European language such as French or Spanish
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Travel: maximum 10% - regional and some international travel may be required
