Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Ensure high quality OMR process (Order Entry, technical order classification, and financial order classification. Order management, invoicing)Support sourcing and replenishment activities for order fulfilment of Purchase to Stock materialsInterface with all internal and external customers (ITPS, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Supply chain…) to assure on time (SCOT) and high-quality order fulfilment.Answer all questions and ensure correspondence with internal and external customers on all topics related to Order Management.Manage credit, returns and invoicing.Work in compliance with the documented quality system and report any anomaliesProduction planning and controlCoordinate shipments with forwarderManage customer formalitiesPerform logistics distribution dutiesAware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlinesIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in an operations related field, or relevant degree.OR 3+ years of operational logistics, supply chain and customer service experience.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must be very familiar with common formulas and tools (vlookup, if, sumif, index, match, pivot tables, etc.)Experience with ERP systems Oracles, SAP, etc.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English & French or Spanish (both written and spoken); additional European languages are an asset.
