**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Capturing process related issues from BI / Oracle / SAP reports, and business requests.
+ Initiating, driving and implementing improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, increase customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
+ Monitoring European order management processes ensuring business and functional KPIs are achieved.
+ Evaluating process implementation and standardization across the group.
+ Understanding and supporting the group Strategic Plan.
+ Analysing and communicating project / program recommendations to leadership.
+ Providing information to management on what drives gap to goals on metrics on a period-by-period basis.
+ Based on business KPIs, proactively identifying the improvement opportunities, formulating the business need and presenting it to management.
+ Working with order management leaders in the BU and the European sales offices and acting as a liaison between cross functional teams to make sure the continuous improvement projects are implemented successfully, monitor and report benefits.
+ Ensuring the organization is continuously informed on process changes, the working procedures are revised and updated regularly to correctly describe handling of typical real-life situations across order management.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Previous proven experience in Sales/Operations/ Customer Care environment or similar
+ Proficiency in English language
+ Digital skills (Microsoft Office package, outlook, ERPs, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Order entry/order management experience
+ Experience with Oracle, SAP or other ERPs
+ Perfect Execution / Six Sigma certifications
+ Previous experience in leading process improvement initiatives
