Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: on site

This role is contributing to the electrification division in México.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Pull in process

Performance the execution of orders required to ship ahead and send the emails to the customers through sales force and follow up in a daily basis.

Keeping track of orders by accomplishing and following with planning team.

System Navigation:
Track order status.

Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, sales teams, logistics, and other internal stakeholders.

Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve order-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, or system errors.

Reporting & Analysis:
Support the generation of reports using Power BI and Excel to provide insights into order status and performance.

Qualifications for the roleFluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.Currently studying in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience or strong interest in Power BI for data analysis and reportingStrong communication skillsAnalytical mindset and attention to detailsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProblem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
