We are seeking a Jr. Non-Product Order Management Associate to ensure invoicing resolution for indirect goods and services. This role focuses on coordinating with suppliers and resolving invoicing issues to support smooth operations.
What You will Do:
· Communicate with suppliers to resolve open invoicing issues
· Communicate with suppliers to confirm alignment on service request
· Work with internal teams to address roadblocks that are preventing on-time delivery
· Update and maintain accurate order records in ERP systems (Ariba).
· Coordinate with accounts payable to resolve invoice and payment issues related to deliveries.
· Generate reports on order status, delays, and supplier performance as needed.
· Support general procurement and logistics tasks to improve order fulfillment efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3-6 years of relevant experience.
· Familiarity with Ariba or comparable procurement software for tracking orders.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
Pay Range: $18.03/hour - $20.67/hour
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within Puerto Rico.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
