You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders and production schedules are aligned to meet contractual delivery dates and optimize customer happiness. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Managing backlog priorities and order execution; measure site performance of initial order commit dates and accurate discrepancies. + Tracking regional backlog aging, identify and review critical issues focusing on solutions and customer communication. + Serve as first contact post-sales order; manage customer change requests; provide phone and email support related to customer happiness. + Advise customers on shipping/schedule changes; provide expediting and shipping schedule support; ensure timely response to inquiries + Develop professional customer relationships; communicate critical issues and ensure delivery commitments are met. + Liaise on order issues, clear credit blocks with Risk Analyst, and manage production schedules. **Who You Are:** + You quickly and decisively act in fact-changing, unexpected situations.
