Order Management Specialist
Job Overview:
Fortinet is looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our EMEA team, based in Frankfurt. In this role, you will ensure that Purchase Orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. With a designated set of accounts, that you will manage on a day-to-day basis. You will work with cross-functional teams and Customers to ensure positive customer experience while driving order issues to closure.
Responsibilities
Interface with Customers, Sales, and other departments regarding order issues Review Sales Order documentation for completeness and accuracy Work closely with Operations, Shipping, and Sales to ensure terms and conditions are properly met. Ensure on time booking of all order types. Resolve all backlog issues including order hold release, product configuration issues, item number discrepancies and missing Purchase Order requirements. Ensure orders adhere to documented Booking Criteria policies and SOX procedures. Provides quarter and month-end support as needed to achieve corporate goals. Understanding of all relevant company policies, procedures and systems.
Qualifications
ERP experience (Order Management) required, preferably Oracle. Previous Order Management experience required. CRM experience preferred, especially Salesforce.com
