As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

We're seeking a full-time Order Entry Administrator to support order entry and account management activities. This role is crucial in organizing and supporting the flow of material, services, and information in the most effective way.
Key job responsibilities
• Review and process customer orders, inquiries, requirements, and complaints in accurate and timely manner
• Coordinate promise date commitments with planning teams
• Monitor order fulfillment and provide proactive customer updates
• Coordinate new customer setup
• Monitor and support demand forecast activities; working with customers, sales and planning teams across multiple time zones
• Provide support for product-related inquiries or redirect to appropriate internal teams
• Interface with finance and accounting for accounts receivable resolution
