Your role – the next step is up to you:

Processing customer orders (order receipt, verification, confirmation)Close cooperation with purchasing, controlling, and shippingEnsuring exports to the EU and outside the EU – handling transport documents (packing list, bill of lading, invoice), customs clearanceCreating and managing tenders for transport – ordering transportOrder management and invoicing in the SAP systemInvoicing process – invoices issuedWritten and verbal communication with customers mainly in English

Who we are looking for:

Secondary/university education in economics or technologyGood knowledge of English – communicative level (min. B1/B2)User knowledge of MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, Outlook)Independence, responsibility, communication skillsCarefulness, flexibility, logical thinking
