Key responsibilities

In this role as an Order Handling Specialist (m/f/d), you will have a customer-focused position within a motivated team. You will support the achievement of commercial goals and contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction. Your innovative ideas are welcome and encouraged. Your main responsibilities:

General support for order processing of customer orders for motors and frequency converters in all billing-related matters

Monthly review of the invoice backlog to ensure revenue

Ensuring timely revenue recognition in compliance with tax regulations and partial payments

Handling customer complaints regarding issued invoices

Accounts receivable management in coordination with customers and accounts receivable accounting

Processing of clarification cases and clearing of customer accounts

Processing of customer debits and supplier invoices, issuing credit notes and cancellation invoices

Qualifications for the role

Commercial training in an industrial environment

Several years of experience in advising customers with the provision of solution proposals beyond routine coordination, as well as participation in projects

Knowledge and experience in tax-related topics and tax scenarios is an advantage

Proficient in using common MS Office products

SAP knowledge is an advantage

Working in a team and coordinating with other related departments (sales/technical support, business controlling) is a given for you

Fluent in written and spoken German and English
