Order Handler
We are looking for a new colleague who will support our German sales office to handle the incoming orders from the customers. Your primary purpose in this job will be to support the in-country sales organization(s) to achieve sales targets by responding to customers enquiries and reach their satisfaction. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring timely and complete entering of orders. + Acknowledge orders for customers, advise about any delays of the shipment. Review and process change requests.. + Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time. + Process and issue invoices. + Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction. **Who You Are:** Dedicated employee who has a customer focus attitude to provide service for the country sales organization in order to reach high level of customer satisfaction. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Sophisticated knowledge of English + PC skills are necessary: Word, Excel, Outlook + Technical knowledge or background + We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. + You gain insight into customer need + You credit others for their contributions and accomplishment **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + University or college degree would beneficial (even in technical field) + Intermediate level of German is big advantage! + Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage **Our Offer To You:** Our location we offer the following benefits: + Accessible workspace for disables with wheelchair + Benefit for commuting + Free sporting opportunities + Possibility for 2 days/week Home office work!
