Job Responsibilities :

Manage and process all purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely fulfilmentOversee shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper closureMaintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records with high data integrityPrepare and share daily/weekly PO status reports with internal stakeholdersCoordinate closely with warehouses and/or service providers on all shipping operations related to order fulfilmentBuild and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders involved in fulfilment operations (B2B Peripherals Fulfilment)Support other fulfilment-related tasks as assigned

Pre-Requisites :Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related disciplineMinimum 2 years of experience in order fulfilment or a similar roleStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams, warehouses, and service providersIndependent, resourceful, and capable of making sound decisions in fulfilment operationsHighly committed to ensuring POs are fulfilled within the shortest possible lead timeMeticulous, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in workStrong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative data related to fulfilment tasksProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Hands-on experience with SAP (SD module)
