Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! + **Contract Type:** Temp (2 months) + **Pay: $** 17.80/ HR + **Shift/Hours:** Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 pm + **HYBRID** **Essential Duties:** **Inventory Allocation & Order Management** + **Manage inventory allocation settings and tools to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.** + **Execute allocation strategies for scenarios like short supply, promotions, new launches, and discontinued items.** + **Use SAP and other systems to automate and optimize stock allocation and substitution processes.** + **Monitor and mitigate potential shortages by reallocating inventory and escalating issues when needed.** + **Ensure timely creation of delivery notes and accurate root cause documentation for unconfirmed items.** **Collaboration & Communication** + **Partner with internal teams (e.g., Transportation, Warehousing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.** + **Communicate potential shortages to Customer Solution Analysts for resolution.** + **Participate in operational reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.** **Basic Qualifications:** + **Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.** + **2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain (Order Management, Distribution, Inventory, etc.).** + **Strong communication and analytical skills.** + **Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP and Business Objects experience preferred.** + **Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.** + **Flexible availability to support different shifts or 7-day operations based on customer needs.** **Preferred Attributes:** + **Customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence.** + **Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.** + **Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.** + **Committed to continuous improvement and building long-term relationships.** **IMPORTANT:** This job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
