**Job Description Summary**
You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets.

+ Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix
+ Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment
+ Use appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules
+ Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize write-offs
**Revenue/Order Management**
+ Receive and process order both EDI and manual order
+ Ensure quality control of orders with no reject and error.
+ Process order premium to customer (FOC)
+ Confirm all items orders are include and align with customer shelf life criteria.
+ Coordinate with DKSH for expedite order and manage booking with logistics provider
+ Accountable for managing the order fulfilment process
+ Consistently checking the ability to fulfil orders
+ Responsible for defining and alignment with the Sales Team, the order fulfilment principle for each customer
+ Implement stock allocation process and prioritize orders/ customers
+ Monitor ordered quantities vis-a-vis the set quota
+ Support Finished goods near expiry flush -out programs
+ Accountable for order interface to system process implementation to ensure system alignment
+ Accountable for efficient order management process, continuously aiming for process improvement and simplification to reduce complexity
**Returns Management**
+ Process sales return when receive RTV from customer and create GR document and CN
**Sales Support**
+ provides relevant data which are useful in making decision for Customer and Category Team in driving service improvement and revenue achievement.
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
+ 3 years of experience in customer service, logistic, order fulfillment work with FMCG company will be preferable
+ Good at Microsoft office, Excel and DEI Order or SAP will be advantage
+ Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills
+ Good at customer-facing role within customer service, logistics or sales
+ Experience in an order-to-cash environment
+ Experience in customer service, logistics and sales
+ Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Good English and Thai communcation skills
