As our new_ **_Order Fulfillment Representative_** _, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by supporting each customer account as assigned. Ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are necessary to have daily contact with customers and will directly influence their satisfaction._ **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Understand inbound calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfoss’s products and services for accounts in charge. + Partner with customers in phone conversations or emails to determine what products they need and when. + Collaborate with other sales, transportation, fulfillment, and plant teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations. + Order Processing, Delivery/Warehouse Coordination, Order Management, and After Sales Process. + Establish and maintain a profitable relationship with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned. + Conduct analysis of a customer’s forecast, trends in orders, and contract details to ensure we are staying ahead of their needs. + Support fellow Customer Service team members locally and internationally, as needed, to ensure the team can achieve annual goals. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
